  • Coordinate planning activities across multidisciplinary teams and facilitate discussions to help resolve project challenges

  • Prepare planning reports, site analyses, and client-facing deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of professional planning experience

  • Experience researching and interpreting planning policy, zoning regulations, permitting requirements, and development approvals

  • Experience supporting site assessments, development feasibility studies, due diligence efforts, and infrastructure planning projects

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills

  • Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary project teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning-related software tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients, agencies, and project teams

  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Master's degree in Planning, City and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline

  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, utility, commercial, industrial, or land development projects

  • Experience preparing site master plans, land use studies, or development feasibility assessments

  • Experience supporting permitting, entitlement, or regulatory approval processes

  • Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar planning and mapping tools

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary consulting environment

  • Participation in professional planning organizations

  • AICP certification or the ability to obtain certification
