Position: Skincare Specialist (Esthetician)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Skincare Specialist to join our luxury spa team. This role is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering high-quality facial and skincare services in an upscale, client-focused environment.
Compensation
$19 per hour plus tips and retail commissions

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional facial services, peels, and customized skincare treatments
Perform thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatments, and product usage
Recommend retail skincare products and spa memberships based on client needs
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust and results
Qualifications
Active and valid Esthetician license required
Previous experience providing facials and skincare services preferred
Strong knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and client-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury spa environment
