Shine Talent Group Job Opportunity

At Shine, we don't just manage influencers—we champion them. As a global powerhouse in influencer management, we work with the best of the best creators across the U.S., Canada and the U.K., helping them turn their passions into thriving careers. But here's the best part: working at Shine is just as exciting as the industry we're shaping. We're a team of creative, driven, and all-around fun people who love what we do. Collaboration is our thing, big ideas are what we're all about, and we believe that when talent (both creators and our own team) is supported, incredible things happen. So, if you're looking for a job that's fast-paced, full of energy, and at the heart of influencer culture—welcome to Shine Talent Group. Let's do amazing things together!
